Im just going to be honest and say that I think it's weird to write a bio about yourself in third person. I dont have a fancy bio writer, so Im going to give it a shot myself; not as if you were reading it off of a website, but instead, as if out of a journal or something... It just seems more appropriate that way...

I am a music lover, all genres. From Rock to Bluegrass,
good music is good music as long as I can understand it, feel it.
I am a songwriter at heart with a passion to play.
I haven't had any official training since I was 10 years old.
I taught myself what I know. I love the drums.

"I never have and never will cut songs I don't believe in. I know I can always sing those songs - whether I do it for 20,000 or my family. Those songs can't be taken away from me, so I try to choose songs that will last." - John Michael Montgomery

John Michael Montgomery has turned an uncanny ability to relate to fans into one of country music's most storied careers. Behind the string of hit records, the roomful of awards and the critical and fan accolades that have defined his phenomenal success lies a connection that goes beyond his undeniable talent and his proven knack for picking hits. Since the days when "Life's A Dance" turned him from an unknown artist into a national star, John Michael's rich baritone has carried that most important of assets--believability. Few artists in any genre sing with more heart than this handsome Kentucky-born artist.

The release of Ricky Lynn Gregg’s third solo country album,
“Careful What You Wish For” (RMG Records, 2001), solidifies Gregg as a mainstay artist in country music. As well known for
his edgy brand of country as for his scores of devoted fans,
Gregg refines his talent on this 10-song disc, and says he is
more proud of this project than any of his previous albums.

Musically diverse, “Careful What You Wish For” is a clear reflection of a man known for his traditional country roots, his rockin country music, and his rangy vocals. This album truly offers something for every-one.

For a man whose new album begins with a powerful song called "Footsteps of Our Fathers," Pat Green has blazed his own trail in a way that few artists today can claim. Even with all the artistic and popular success he has experienced along the way, What I'm For is the stirring sound of Pat Green arriving as a major American singer-songwriter who has managed to make his own way in country music and beyond. To borrow a memorable phrase from the man's biggest hit to date, "Wave On Wave" of new faces have come along, but few have ever made such a vivid impression, both as a recording artist and performer as Pat Green.
